Having worked in the Care industry for years our directors decided to establish Maxicare Support Services and offer value for money care services to clients after seeing the shortcomings in the industry. We are here to serve from the HEART.
Allocations
Our staff are allocated to different clients and we try to maintain a client- carer relationship by reducing rotations. At Maxicare we give our clients the right to choose their preferred care staff if available.
Our Team
All staff members are qualified with a minimum qualification of Certificate 3 in Aged Care and Individual Support.

Approach: At Maxicare we treat clients the same and respect their beliefs and values. We approach different needs accordingly and maintaining clients dignity and confidentiality. We treat the individual as a person and the disability comes second.
